A fusion of ballet, modern and jazz, Slam’s unique style explores a wide range of organic, often angular, movements inspired by the Graham technique with a a strong base in classical technique.

Based on modern, post-modern, and social dance techniques, this workshop encourages dancers to share themselves with clarity, control, vulnerability, and imagination. Bauman focuses on phrase work and community—prioritizing both sweating and taking up space together.
